Deine Aufgaben

  • Acquire new customers (C level and above) to generate GP and shipment volumes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long-term value.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Focus on acquiring and developing C, B, and A-level customers.
  • Support the transition of smaller (D-level) customers to inside sales where appropriate.
  • Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies.
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain high-quality data and reporting standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales or freight forwarding operations
  • Feel confident speaking German (C1) and English (B2) when communicating with key partners and potential customers.
  • Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
  • Results-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset

  • The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 41.847,40 in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for the Logistics Industry (Spedition & Logistik-Kollektivvertrag). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment may be offered.
