The Games Portfolio team shapes a data-driven content strategy that helps bring the right games to the right markets. This role plays an important part in turning market insights, player behaviour, and performance data into clear recommendations that support strategic portfolio decisions. Working closely with Strategy, Business Intelligence, and other key stakeholders, the Games Portfolio Analyst helps build a strong analytical foundation for existing and future market opportunities. The position offers the chance to combine structured research, iGaming expertise, and strategic thinking in a highly international and fast-moving environment.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design, document, and continuously improve analytical frameworks to evaluate game performance, market trends, and portfolio composition
  • Translate complex data sets, research findings, and market insights into clear recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth research on existing and emerging markets, including player preferences, competitive landscapes, regulatory context, and game mechanics
  • Evaluate the current games portfolio against market benchmarks and player demand to identify gaps, underperforming segments, and new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to define and improve reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for the Portfolio function
  • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, relevant, and actionable by continuously adapting reporting structures to business needs
  • Lead research for prospective new markets, combining data on local player behavior, content preferences, regulation, and competition
  • Develop evidence-based portfolio recommendations for new market entries and present clear rationales, data sources, and expected outcomes to stakeholders

Dein Profil

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, portfolio analysis, or a strategy-related role, ideally within iGaming, digital entertainment, or digital media
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build structured, repeatable methodologies across different markets and data sets
  • Experience working with BI tools and translating analytical needs into meaningful reports, dashboards, or insights
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong market awareness and curiosity for emerging trends, feature innovation, and regional player preferences
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Solid understanding of iGaming markets, player behavior, game trends, and content performance metrics is beneficial
  • Familiarity with slot game mechanics, features, monetization models, and the wider supplier landscape is a strong advantage
