FAT International is expanding its clothing vertical and building a global brand that merges motorsport culture with premium lifestyle apparel. FAT Clothing is the apparel division of FAT International, responsible for developing and commercializing our lifestyle brand through high-quality products and global distribution. We create collections that reflect the energy of motorsport culture and offer fans, athletes, and creators a way to wear the FAT identity. Our team manages the full value chain—from product development and production to e-commerce, retail partnerships, and global brand activations.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager Clothing (all genders) at FAT International in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will take commercial responsibility for our clothing vertical’s P&L and lead end-to-end execution from concept to production, delivery, and launch.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Commercial Ownership: Take commercial responsibility for the clothing vertical’s P&L and translate targets into concrete execution plans.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end projects and manage the full clothing lifecycle from concept to production, delivery, and launch; ensuring budget, timelines, tasks, and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Sourcing & Production: Track production timelines, coordinate samples and approvals, ensure quality standards, manage reorders, and handle supplier communication and negotiations.
  • Product Launches: Identify when and where to launch new products, define the launch concept, product mix, and coordinate cross-functionally to align timing, story, and availability with FAT International’s overall brand strategy.
  • Merchandising: Collaborate with management on assortment and collections, and own the online store merchandising; decide placement and display across webpages and campaigns.
  • Data Insights: Build a clear picture of performance, spot patterns, and turn these insights into concrete commercial recommendations on assortment, quantities, and other growth levers.

Dein Profil

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a commercial or operational role in consumer goods (e.g. e-commerce, merchandising, buying, category management).
  • Proven responsibility for the performance of a category or product vertical and the related day-to-day decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent data literacy and confidence working with raw data to derive actionable recommendations.
  • Startup mentality with a hands-on, structured way of working and strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
