Aufgaben

  • Implement and embed the global compensation strategy across international markets, working closely with local HR leaders to ensure consistent execution.
  • Lead core compensation processes including job evaluation, salary review cycles, bonus planning, and workforce cost planning.
  • Analyse compensation and incentive data, assessing financial impact and developing recommendations for short- and long-term reward structures.
  • Ensure reward programmes comply with applicable legal requirements, governance standards, and relevant industry benchmarks.
  • Coordinate cross-border compensation review activities, including data validation, off-cycle requests, process enhancements, and stakeholder communication.
  • Review and enhance reward and benefits programmes to ensure alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to develop, maintain, and communicate compensation and benefits policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits programmes such as health insurance, retirement and pension schemes, paid leave, and other local offerings.

Profil

  • A university degree in economics, human resources, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years‘ experience in compensation and benefits, reward, HR controlling, or a closely related financial or HR function.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience assessing performance metrics, incentive outcomes, and cost implications.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with compensation analysis tools and HR systems such as SAP.
  • Practical experience with global job architecture, grading, or banding frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of reward governance, employment legislation, and benefits compliance, including pension and retirement arrangements.
  • A proven track record of managing or supporting comprehensive benefits programmes across multiple countries.
  • An understanding of how reward programmes support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Fluent English is required; German language capabilities are advantageous but not essential.

Wir bieten

Location: Salzburg, Austria (On-site 2-3 days per week)
Competitive salary package, up to €90,000, depending on experience.
