As a People and Communities (HR) Country Consultant for Germany, you will play a hybrid role focusing on sales compensation processes and supporting people and culture-related projects. You will partner with the People & Communities and business ecosystem to drive compliance, change, and engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of sales compensation and supporting cross-functional people projects.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Collaborate with sales operations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and predictable sales commission for Germany-based Cisco sellers
  • Manage end-to-end approval, implementation, and reporting requirements related to sales compensation with the German Works Council
  • Ensure local legal compliance by collaborating with the Works Council to develop, update and implement any necessary compensation policy changes
  • Conduct regular interlock with the Works Council, including negotiations on IT Tools, salary structure and alignment with legal teams
  • Support in-program changes, local nuances, and drive resolution for employee escalations related to sales compensation
  • Partner with business leaders and the People & Communities ecosystem to execute Country People & Culture plans
  • Support the delivery of cross-functional people projects such as restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Dein Profil

Minimum Qualifications

  • German speaker
  • Compensation or Sales Compensation experience
  • In-depth country knowledge and local HR expertise in Germany
  • Proven experience as a trusted HR consultant, advisor, and coach with local Works Council experience
  • Strong business acumen and effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Critical thinker with strategic agility and the ability to work dynamically and collaboratively
