Within the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) framework, the Senior Cash Management Sales contributes to the delivery of the global financial trajectory by being the main client entry point for all Cash Management related topics, actively contributing to central initiatives, supporting new client development, and contributing to achievement of the client’s commercial objectives. The Senior Cash Management Sales has expert knowledge of Payments & Cash Management (PCM) Products and can deliver a global business development strategy for their area of product expertise. The Senior Cash Management Sales reports to the Head of PCM Austria.

Deine Aufgaben

Commercial:

  • Active interaction with client on product specific complex structures
  • Interactions with local product manager and central product team in regard to client needs
  • Share competitive information on market developments
  • Handle complex structures and oversee implementation projects incl. contract negotiations
  • Interact with PCM Colleagues in the network
  • Develop client strategy for PCM Business Growth
  • Ensure action plans on „Golden Rules“ and Profitability are followed
  • Keep GTB Senior Sales Manager informed on critical client topics

Operational:

  • Step-in as escalation point in case of specific situations from the day-to-day processing of PCM Transactions
  • Escalation point for product service failures, interaction with MO/BO Teams accordingly
  • Ensure regular interaction with clients regarding service quality and collect related feedback
  • Grow the PCM Business with clients of portfolio
  • Ensure Credit Process is correctly and timely kicked-off in coordination with GTB Sales
  • Ensure Risk appetite framework is complied with on scope, including the contribution of the desk to the respect of GTPS Risk appetite statement

Dein Profil

Studies & experience:

  • 10+ years‘ experience within GTB/PCM
  • Knowledge of the Austrian payments and cash management market is of advantage
  • In depth knowledge of credit processes, documentation and risk management

Language skills:

  • German: C2
  • English: C1
  • French language is considered to be a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of PCM processes and products implications including Risk
  • Solution-oriented and flexible working style
  • Pro-active team-player
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and influence business relationships at all levels
  • Commercial and performance driven
  • Results oriented
