Design of CRM sales newsletters and Meta Ads, ensuring visually compelling and conversion-driven layouts
Take full ownership of design projects from concept to execution, with minimal supervision
Develop creative solutions that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of traditional design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, UA, Product, Media design) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines
Build and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints

Proven expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with extensive experience in print & digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, Flyers, etc.)
6+ years of experience: At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience
Formal Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
Self-starter: Ability to manage and deliver projects independently, with little oversight or daily guidance, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Process optimization mindset: Ability to proactively identify, optimize, and streamline design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams
Passion for design: A genuine passion for graphic design, continuously exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies
Mastery of tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and Figma
Effective communicator: Strong communication skills (English is a must), capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating

A fair annual gross salary starting at 53.000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
