Staff Travel Coordinator

Book and manage travel arrangements for individual company employees and groups, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation services.
Cooperate with our departments and project teams regarding destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, budgets, and accommodations.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure proper travel arrangements meet the project plans.
Monitor and record travel expenses, including ensuring timely payment of invoices and tracking budgets and costs.
Doing research in the event destinations, negotiating and contracting with local and international suppliers and agencies.

Commercial education in travel, hospitality, airline business, or related field.
Prior experience in the travel industry (2-3 years).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, good management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data, including itineraries, invoices, and payment information, systematically and orderly.
A hands-on approach, team player and troubleshooting mindset are essential.

Gross monthly payment starting from 2.500, based on your qualifications.
