As an international tech M&A, corporate finance advisory, investor, and growth accelerator, i5invest/i5growth supports growth and manages corporate development and cross-border M&A processes for extraordinary tech companies. Operating out of Berlin, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Vienna, i5 has set up over 150 strategic partnerships and international M&A transactions with global tier-1 technology giants.
As a Business Development Trainee, you would take part in driving Business Development Operations for i5invest and participate in incredible stories already told and yet to be written.
Deine Aufgaben
- Support i5’s business growth by identifying and analyzing tech organizations
- Identify potential clients and target leads
- Manage accounts and oversee the smooth running of outreach processes
- Expand and manage the client base across different platforms
- Maintain and manage internal and external databases
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
- Support the M&A teams in drafting proposals for prospective clients
- Participate in the further development of corporate and communication strategy
Dein Profil
- Passion for working in dynamic, changing environments and understanding of resulting challenges
- Strong interest in Tech and the Tech industry overall
- Persuasive and strong communication skills & digital native persona
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Additional CEE languages are an advantage
- Ability to join for 6 months full-time
